Managed Sales & Marketing Services
The conceptual model of these services relies on the use of specialized professionals in the role and knowledge of the market, technology and its application in the customer environment, providing better communication with their stakeholders and enhancing a shorter sales cycle; totally focused in the prospecting function, allowing sales teams Customer to be fully concentrated at business closure with speedy positive impact in top line. These services are primarily aimed at ITC/Telecomm vendors, plus integrators operating at national and international level with or without operations in Europe and rest of the world. The following are the technological areas that could be subject of these services:
• Enterprise IT Security, IT Networking, IT Management
• Telco Cloud/OSS / BSS / Revenue Assurance, Revenue Generation / VAS
There are four segments of services available - Direct Marketing, Business Development, Progressive Sales and Agency - the same can be provided in two different models:

While the Consulting Services aims to develop and/or to reinforce the Supply Chain basement structure (meaning end-to-end processes, procedures, tools and teams), the Operational Support Services were designed to support our Clients on their daily Supply Chain activities from Sourcing, RFx (Request For Information/Proposal/Quotation) to Purchasing.
